.33 Cents for a gallon of gas!!!!!

MINOCQUA, Wis. (AP) - Dozens of drivers made a mad rush for cheap gas after a station employee accidentally changed the price to 33 cents a gallon.
An employee closing Trig's Minocqua Shell for the night mistakenly entered the price of a gallon of gasoline as 32.9 cents instead of $3.299 on Monday night. When I read that all I could think was what an idiot!! Does he still work there!!!!

Christmas

I can't believe there is only 2 weeks away! I can't even believe it is coming so soon. Every year I always say I am going to get everything done before December, so I can avoid the rush. But every year its the same old thing. I am out there rushing with the rest of the crowd, trying to find last minute gifts trying to avoid the left overs.

Last Few Days Of School.

I am really looking forward to finishing this class! I didn't think I could actually make it! Its been really hard. But I'm on the count down...8 days left! Amazingly even though I fell asleep I still learned alot from this class!!

Chaos.

That's how my life is right now chaotic! I am so tired and I just don't know how to balance it all out! I work 11pm to 7am, go to school 8am-4pm, go home do my homework, fix my kids something to eat and sleep 3-4 hrs a day and I am EXHAUSTED!!! Plus I work another job on weekends! It is really hard, but Christmas is coming and I have to do it. I am just looking forward for this class to be over with!

Smoking.

Quitting smoking has been so hard for me. I have been trying to quit for weeks now and it is so hard! I have got to the point where I don't buy them but I still ask people for cigarettes. I am hoping that now I will get tired of asking people or they will just stop giving them to me! Does anyone have any suggestions on how to quit?

On A Job Search Again!

This is like a job to me!! It can be very time consuming and alot of foot work with it. I am still in the process of making my resume. It makes it alot easier to apply for jobs on line with a resume. It takes a few seconds to attach it and its gone. So I know where I want to apply I just have to take the time to do it.

Work Sucks!

Who reading this also feels this way? It is getting harder and harder for me to get up and go to work night after night. I think it is a combination of the hours and it is getting colder out. I don't like being outside when it gets cold. The only thing that is keeping me motivated to go to work is my Christmas bonus. My goal in life is to really find a job I love and enjoy the people I work with too.

Breakfast With Santa..

If anyone is interested, I saw that there is Breakfast With Santa, here at MATC. I thought that was nice for the kids. It is pretty cheap. I went down to the student office and found out that it would only cost me $4.00. I am taking, myself, my 3 kids, my friend and her kids. It cost $2.oo. Kids 12 and under are free and the first adult is free. So if anyone is interested go get your tickets. It is Sat Dec 8@9:00am

Graduation

I am really looking forward to graduating from this class. I have been counting the days down and now there is only 11 days left. It has been so hard for me. But now that I sit here and think the time really has gone by fast from Oct 2, till now. I guess it is like the old saying...Time flies when you are having fun.

Winter is Definately Here.....

Its that time of year when the weather gets cooler and cooler as the days go by. I am never looking forward to winter. But it is definately here! This weekend was the first snow fall of winter and it was bad!! It went from snowing, to sleeting, to snowing, to raining!!! The roads were so slick and slippery. It was definately 'hot cocoa' weather. My kids went outside and played in the snow before it started sleeting and it was nice out....I am hoping that we can have a white Christmas this year!!!!

Santa Clause is Coming to Town.....

My kids love Santa Clause, they love seeing him and sitting on his lap and getting their picture taken with him. Now I don't mind paying a few dollars for a pic with Santa....but man, I was at the mall walking by and saw Santa there with kids in line waiting to see him. As we were waiting in line I was checking out the prices for pics and OMG!!!! They are so expensive!! I made my kids get out of line, I didn't even want them to sit on his lap scared it would cost for that too!!! What ever happened to the christmas spirit!!!!

Christmas Shopping....

I went to the mall this weekend to look around and see what was going on there. I was so offended when I was walking through and all those people in the little booths trying to lure you over to buy there really expensive crap!! And they are so insistent!!! What happened to the good old days when you could peacefully walk through and look at the stores uninterrupted....I had to act like I was on my phone the whole time just so those people would leave me alone!! Let me tell you I am stickin with Walmart, they have everything I need anyway!!!!
